At Himori.xyz, we offer a limited warranty on all of our products, including Mens Automatic, Mens Classic, and Mens Crystal watches. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a specified period from the date of purchase.

  • Mens Classic Watches: 2-Year Warranty
  • Mens Crystal Watches: 2-Year Warranty

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, water exposure beyond the specified water resistance rating, or unauthorized repairs.

2. What’s Covered Under Warranty?

The warranty includes:

  • Broken or defective components (e.g., strap, buckle, crystal, etc.)

3. What’s Not Covered Under Warranty?

The following are not covered by the warranty:

4. Warranty Claim Process

6. Exclusions

This warranty policy is exclusive to products purchased directly from Himori.xyz or an authorized retailer. Products purchased through third-party resellers or unauthorized channels are not eligible for warranty coverage.

7. International Warranty

Our warranty is valid for international customers, but shipping costs for repairs or returns outside of our home country will be the responsibility of the customer.
